Our Policies

Gift Certificates

Personalized and printed just for you to give.  You may purchase them for a specific trip and/or for a specified dollar amount. 

Cancellations and Refunds

A $5 administrative fee will be kept on all cancellations, except when your credit is applied to a future trip.  A full refund is given for day trips with a week’s notice; however the notice requirement is longer if theater or charter reservations are involved.  Short extended trips (three nights or less) require 30 days notice.  Longer tours require 70 days notice.  You may provide a substitute to take your place, however airlines often charge a fee for name changes.

Trip Insurance

For your protection and peace-of-mind on extended tours we recommend purchasing trip insurance.  To cover preexisting medical conditions it must be purchased within fourteen days of your first payment (deposit).  We provide information for you to purchase insurance directly from the provider.

Travel Information

Classic Heritage Tours uses deluxe tour coaches.  Drivers and tour guides are the very best.  Seat selections are on a first come basis.  Stated times are departure times and you should be at pickup site fifteen minutes before for loading. Porter service is included for only one bag as you need it on extended trips. You will need to carry any additional bags.  On multi-day trips, seating is rotated.

Our Responsibility

We act solely as an agent in arranging accommodations, transportation, meals and other services and do not assume any liability for injury, accident, loss or delay due to inclement weather, or an act or default of any other company or person that provides such services.  We reserve the right to make any modifications we deem necessary.
